starter. On the few things you suggested I found the loving yourself COMPLETELY

It is so true. While we are on this earth we
should strive to make difference, no matter how small it is. I just found out
about a book entitled You don't have to be famous To make a Difference. It
takes a word of encouragement, a smile, a friendly phone call, a short visit,
